What happens to our brain when we rest in the dark for a prolonged period of time ? INTO the FERTILE DARK is a descent into the vessel of the dreaming self. An invitation to contemplate by candle light as we prepare for deep rest to enter the longest night of the year, enchanted by what lies beyond the dark.

For this first gathering, I will share meditations inspired by an immersive experience I had as a child while in a dark room for days to recover from temporary blindness. An initiation into the potency of the void that opens the sensory doors of perception.
