This is an invitation to plant seeds in ceremonial space and cast your Dragon Body by allowing sound to catalyse our Collective dream. 

There will be a plant allie on offer to harmonise and seal our intention. 

This event is the closing ceremony for Helena Sophia's performative multi~media exhibition.  

 Helena Sophia @helenasophiaequinox weaves together movement, words, sculpture, visual arts and sound — honed over a decade of experiential practice with dance, nature connection, sacred healing modalities, embroidery, textiles and natural dyes. Depth of process, listening and attention to detail are foundational to the creation of her wholistic worlds of sensitive engagement, immersive performance and space holding.
