The signature of Myrtle, with its pristine white petals, is one of innocence and purity. It reflects the shining aura that surrounds our crown when bathed in the vibrancy of pure ligh, invoking clear vision. 
 
Myrtle is a sacred evergreen endemic to Corsica where it was traditionally crafted into Angel water, a sacred myst that charges the air to cleanse the skin of young brides on their wedding day. Young women adorned themselves with a wreath made of its leaves, in the same way it was worn by priestesses in the Temple of Demeter and Persephone. 
 
Myrtle is closely associated with the feminine hymen, the planet Venus and the spirit of Virgin Mary and Aphrodite. Its flower essence enlivens our electro~magnetic field, bringing back a sense of ease and innocence where we have been wronged, clearing emotional debris with its subtle yet persistent imprint by bathing us in a mantle of light.
